Pickup times will vary depending on the length of the charter and our goals for the day.
Your Captain will speak with you directly the day before your trip to coordinate the meeting time, location, and discuss your goals for your fishing experience.
We understand that things happen!
If you need to cancel your fishing charter with us, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will issue a full refund.
We fish rain or shine, but safety is our top priority.
If your Captain decides to call off your fishing charter due to poor weather or other unsafe conditions, we’ll do our best to reschedule your trip. If rescheduling isn’t possible due to travel or other reasons, we’ll provide a 100% refund for any amounts previously paid.
Meeting locations vary depending on your charter and where you’ll be fishing. Captain Cannon uses multiple boat ramps and locations. During your call with Captain Cannon, he will discuss the specific meeting spot and provide any needed directions.
On our freshwater fishing charters, we primarily target species such as:
- Largemouth Bass
- Crappie
- Bluegill
- Catfish
- And more…
Your specific catch will vary based on the season, location, and conditions on the day of your trip.
Yes, you can keep the fish you catch; however, keep in mind that regulations for keeping different species may vary by season. Be sure to ask your Captain which fish can be kept during your charter.
Captain Cannon will clean your fish and can even recommend local restaurants that will cook your fresh catch for you!

Your Charter has all of the licenses and permits you’ll need for your fishing charter and are included for your trip.
No. Do to the nature of our charters, we don’t allow alcohol on board.
You’ll be fishing from a custom 22×60 2024 Dual Powered ProDrive boat, specifically designed for navigating Central Florida’s freshwater lakes and rivers.
Built for durability and performance, this boat is perfect for accessing heavily vegetated backwaters and shallow areas where the best fishing happens.
Maximum number of guests is 5 (plus your Captain).

He knew the water, put us on gators fast, and stayed calm and clear when it mattered. Everything was safe, well run, and handled right with top notch equipment. He is great to be around, straight with you about what to expect, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you want an alligator guide, book Cannon. Travis L101 days agoWas visiting Orlando with my 13-year-old son for a basketball tournament. Reached out and got an immediate response from Cannon. He was easy to work with and schedule especially with our schedule restrictions due to the tournament we were there for. The experience was life changing. We are from the west so never experienced anything like this. Everyone should try this backwoods Floridian experience. I caught myself just smiling and taking pictures trying to take it all in. Absolutely incredible. We had success and Cannon went above and beyond to focus on my son having a great experience. He was professional yet easy to talk with, super patient and made us feel very safe in unfamiliar territory. I felt like I was in a movie with the incredible views and experience. Brad Neiswender106 days agoGreat bowfishing experience and great person. Cannon was not suppose to be our guide but my original guide got sick. Cannon jumped in no problem and even with flying back from Canada the night before, that is dedication and customer focus. He knows his fishing areas and gives the full experience with tons of knowledge and history. We had storms and a vehicle mis hap but he continued to find a way to make everything work out. We shot about 30 fish representing 6 species and we shot about a few hundred shots. Definitely give Cannon a call, he will be your new bow fishing guide for life!!!Posted on Google
